    You'll def need something with more storage, the social contract with torrents is to upload as much as you download. I had the storage but kept running into bandwidth limitations from my ISP so found a seedbox works really well, it's like $5 a month for a basic one with a few hundred gigs storage, then you can do all your p2p on it and download your files from there.

    Snatched one time means that one person has grabbed a complete copy and is no longer a leecher but now has become a seeder if they continue to let it seed or run for others to also snatch (or grab). You have to leech all of the available files of a torrent until you have all of it, for a complete snatch. You can choose to only grab (snatch) one file of a collection, but then you will still be in the "leeching" category since you do not have it all (doing so keeps open one of your download slots). In the meantime, you will be seeding the file or portions you already have, if someone else is leeching from you. The uploader gets ratio credit for everything they actually seed (share or upload); often it will be more than one complete copy as not all leechers can connect to each other. It does not matter who is the first leecher, other than being the first can give you more seeding opportunity for a better ratio. If the uploader put three files in a torrent, but only one leecher showed up and took only one file, the uploader will get credit for only that one file, because that is all they seeded or shared.

    good idea, thumb up I clicked, though personally more prefer every comment has a LIKE button which others can click, and every LIKE received auto becomes N (eg. 10) seedbonus, so the more valuable a comment is, the more bonus author would get. this system would auto incentivize and hatch valuable user reviews, additional notes, etc. seems a good idea. but maybe the last thing this tracker lacks is good ideas could we say? what it lacks even more are probably resources. time resources, human resources with appropriate competencies eg. coding, web design….server resources, etc. if the boss list priorities for various ideas and issues needed to be fixed, user reviews seem one of unimportant and unurgent ones. though ofc a good feature IF one day truly implemented and fair number of members write it (unlike Tag System)

    The DMCA process is automated and staff has nothing to do with it. We don't punish for DMCA unless it is specifically listed in the rules.  By this I mean unless that specific video(s)/studio/actor is banned under our rules.

    This one was definitely seeded, it quickly downloaded for me. Showing just 2 leechers at the moment. There are a lot of factors that go into successful connections. Have to be sure you're doing all you can, especially in making sure your ports are forwarded properly and working. (An analogy of sorts is when you're having a bad day because literally everyone you meet that particular day are assholes. Sometimes it might not be them, but you.) Your next stop will be your ISP. It can throttle your internet. Then you have all the nodes along the way. When your connection goes through any countries, that can affect things as well, and so on . . . Not every torrent or connection will take the same path either, so one gets to enjoy the variety there too. A good torrenting session is like a bowl of marbles, when each and every marble is able to touch at least 3 or 4 other marbles. Add water, oil, mold, insulation or other problems and someone is going to lose their marbles.

Following numerous SPAM attacks (via PM) that [new] members had been able to send to ALL our members, the site owner decided to create a 6 MONTH WAITING PERIOD for all new members, before being allowed to send messages. You can still leave a comment on one of the torrents that other person has uploaded… which would be a round-about method of communicating with that member. Sorry for the inconvenience!     @ Spartakus21 Keep your torrent running and wait for someone to grab the file… Once client/peers establish connection, then seeding will be active... Do not turn off torrent and keep seeding until 100% completed... If you turn off torrent then it will not visible to others unless it has been seeded...

    @bearbearbear: @bc22: One of my replies was also removed, I asked about a locked thread, then did a test to see if I can lock my own thread, then went back to edit my reply to "Nevermind". The "Nevermind" reply was removed. It was just one word. At least one of my posts was removed from that board without explanation in the past.  I just let it slide because it wasn't important, but the last post I made that was removed was important. I understand that the moderator is a regressive fascist. I can accept that he does things like pin irrelevant propaganda to the top of the board and even that he allows extreme violations of site-wide rules such as the one against posting expletives anywhere to go unchecked. However, it's not worth participating in a forum if the moderator is both extremely biased and capricious in performing moderation functions, after a certain point.  Removing legitimate posts without notice or explanation for no apparent reason is beyond that point. Thus my questions. LOL, I'm far from a fascist. "Irrelevant propaganda" is what you claim it is?  You and your fellow liberal trolls have posted a lot of body shaming threads, as well as blatant lies that you heard from leftist media. I have posted facts, as to correct your posted lies.

    The moss green color will only indicate if you only downloaded the entire torrent file. This will not be a problem, if a torrent has a single file, but in case of collection, if a member downloaded a part of the collection, the system will not recognized it as a completed download (in your utorrent client it will turn green because the part of the file you only want to download have been completed).

    @bc22: Is that because each torrent individually needs to communicate with the site server every 30 minutes to update stats and connections? Exactly. Every active torrent has to talk to the tracker every 30 minutes, regardless of size. If you have a 10gb folder of 50 videos in a single torrent, your client and the tracker only need to talk to each other once every 30 minutes. If you have 50 separate torrents for that folder, your client and the tracker have to talk to each other 50 times every 30 minutes. On the tracker side, every torrent is deemed "active" waiting for member clients to contact it.
