why is it that this torrent forum - deletes all Tim Tales and Lucas Entertainment clips ? i only can upload them for less then 24 hrs before they are taken down ?

We don't take anything down unless it violates the rules.
DMCAs and dupes are the main reasons for things to be removed.

Then why even bother uploading videos which people know will be removed due to the DMCA? Any material that is known to become a DMCA violation should simply be banned/forbidden from the site. That would save a lot of time and effort. Doesn't that make sense? Why bother uploading it in the first place then?

It means that a member is actively reporting it DMCA on it - what about OnlyFans sites ? arent all of that DMCA ? obviously content are meant for paid subscription only and not allowed to share in the public space

To be entirely fair, the scenes released by TimTales since early October have not been released anywhere in the p2p world (with the only exception of the recent 480p torrent of the TK/SA scene), not just with us, so it is not that they have been taken down - it is that no one has made them available yet.
It happens from time to time and then they come all at once. Could be that TT is particular vigilant not just about DMCAing their releases but also disabling members they catch sharing.
I bet some enterprising member who wants an easy way to improve their ratio will end up sharing; unlike other sites that are almost never available, theirs are popular and always end up surfacing. Be patient! -
Waiting for some scenes (like the one with Jhon Jhon and the new one with Skye)! But nothing! It is complicated!
