We don't punish people for giving invites to bad people unless it's a pattern. I'm not sure if the invites are directly linked to the invitee's email address or not. Every member that joined via an invite shows who invited them on their user page.

Usually, you do this on the torrent information page. Near the bottom there is a button that says "Request Re-Seed"
