I have downloaded and am now seeding a torrent which I believe has been removed from the site as being a duplicate and rightly so. However my torrent software is continuing to report the tracker update as OK, where I think it should be reporting as "unregistered" or other some such error. Not sure if this is simply a procedural problem at the site level in the revocation process, or a torrent software issue in interpreting the scrape results. I am raising it as a question here to see where to go next. Site admin please investigate and give direction. The original posting url is:

      Thank you very much

When a torrent is marked as a duplicate, the Staff remove it from the "active" site, but the torrent is not "deleted" for some time... indeed, the uploader of the duplicate torrent is specifically asked to continue seeding until all current leechers get it...

In this state, you can still download (and upload) the content, but no other user can download the .torrent file so the "swarm' sill soon dissipate...
