Yes, that was removed by senior staff, as it was reported by other members, and verified with senior staff, to have included explicate drug use (slamming) which is prohibited by the rules: In the Banned Content section of the Upload page: https://www.gaytor.rent/notallowed.php#524 The following TYPES OF PORN are not allowed, if real or claimed/appears to be real: Child Exploitation or Underage Porn     Shota (aka: shouta, shotacon, shotakon)     Rape     Snuff (Murder)     Necrophilia (Sex with dead people)     Cannibalism     Bestiality (sex with or using animals)     Mutilation & Blood Consumption     Non-Sexual Bondage & Torture     Intravenous Drug Use/Slamming/Shooting Best Regards, Pawpcorn GTRU Staff

@MrMazda: Yes… You are correct. You definitely are able to just select the specific video(s) that you're looking for. I however don't like doing that because it makes it really hard to bring said torrent back to life in the future should it ever start to die down in seed poplarity I totally agree..

Yeah…. It's rather interesting to see how some studios change over time either to follow new and emerging trends, or to otherwise try to make a name for themselves. Personally, I'll never understand the whole business model of some studios.

I think that this studio is one that more militantly monitors their content for illegal distribution. For this reason, I think it's safe to say that the DMCA strikes again because this studio happens to be one that's more on top of monitoring the distribution of their materials.
  • Why do you think are there so few BluRay movies out?

@778939: Lately television has made great progresses and I for myself wouldn't have believed in 3D television. But now that at least it's here with glasses, I can't wait to see it out without such. These new technical possibilities make me greatly anticipate where porn's going to in the future, regarding 3D - yet there are as good as no BluRay ones out yet even if it has been on the market now for several years. This makes me wonder: Why are there as good as no such movies on BluRay out yet though it has been said that the porn industry would be the drive in the propagation of new media formats? Probably because the increase in visual quality is not noticable.  Also, mobile devices and laptops have become the norm - instead of desktop computers.  Mobile and Laptop screens are small, and don't deliver the "effect" of having higher resolutions.  I use an external 42" screen with my laptop. At some point, enough is ENOUGH.  We don't really need better resolution.  A 90 minute video encoded to a size of 1 GB is just as good as a 90 minute move encoded to 4.7 GB.. which is just as good as a 90 minute movie encoded to be 1 TB.

In addition: Torrent's for private trackers, like GayTorrent.ru's, have the "private" flag set. Some call that a Digital Rights Restriction (DRM), because if a torrent client respects that flag, all good do, it allows only peers from the tracker. That means only peers which are members of GayTorrent.ru and have a valid passkey can get the IPs of other peers. In opposite to that, public tracker torrents, like those indexed on The Pirate Bay or KickassTorrents, don't have that flag set and the client can get peers through other mechanism like DHT (Distributed Hash Table), PEX (Peer Exchange) and Local Peer Discovery. So once the tracker isn't up and running, or the torrent removed ("unregistered torrent"), the clients will no longer get IPs of peers from the tracker. As long as the peers already known by the client continue to run the torrent, the exchange of the file can continue. Some clients like µTorrent don't save the peers information when shut down, others like qBittorrnt do, but as IPs are often given dynamically or peers seeing the torrent turning "red" stop it, exchange will stop sooner or later.

Once the client has sent out each piece once, it will start with seeding them again, that avoids disaster

@Spintendo: Timing-out and then requiring a login back to the site is a security measure meant to protect the integrity of your account. That is a great feature.. but I wish there were a way to turn that feature OFF because my computer is accessible ONLY by me, and i have no security issues. There should be a setting for how long a duration of inactivity results in a time out.  I would suggest 12 hours.

Typically this is because they've either not forwarded their port correctly; their client has not been added as a firewall/router exception; or their client has reached the programmed limit of its upload authority. Many connection problems like these which originate from other clients cannot be solved from yours. Alternatively the Request Re-Seed function may be selected from the torrent's page in an attempt to increase the number of connectable seeders.

@cwk390: Do you think with private internet access vpn running with DNS security on he could see which computers were on? Thanks for finding this information! If you use PIA then you have OpenVPN SSL based encryption layers over your tunneled connection, meaning the information in its particulars would not likely be available to him. That being said, your use of his router as an endpoint is still added to the [desc= the sum of the data rates that are delivered to all terminals in a network]aggregate throughput[/desc], which remains as general information available to anyone in possession of the router.
