Following numerous SPAM attacks (via PM) that [new] members had been able to send to ALL our members, the site owner decided to create a 6 MONTH WAITING PERIOD for all new members, before being allowed to send messages. You can still leave a comment on one of the torrents that other person has uploaded… which would be a round-about method of communicating with that member. Sorry for the inconvenience! The problem is you are confusing downloading the contents of the torrent with downloading the .torrent file. You can always download the .torrent files for your own uploads, even without download rights. The most common cause of this problem is that you have not moved the contents of the torrent to the folder where your torrent client downloads to by default. Remove the torrent from your torrent client, copy or move the contents of the torrent to the folder where your torrent client downloads into by default, THEN add the torrent to your torrent client, and it should begin seeding your upload.
