You can move your cursor over the torrent name to see how many pics have already been uploaded. But I think the only way to really know if a torrent needs pics is to open the torrent page and see how many pics there are. If there is space for more, you will see an underlined request saying "Add Screenshots and Covers." If you don't see this, you can't add anything more.

@mgr: There is only one place where you can see which member gave you SBP together with his "thank you" for the upload: the torrent details page  lists all members which clicked the thank you button, together with the SBP award they sent, like mgr(50) where the 50 is the number of points they gave, Hope this helps. but if i upload too much torrent, this will be difficult to go each one to notice which one that i gave for
