I HAVE A QUESTION !!!
-
I’d really like to upload some content to the forum to help other users and earn points so I can download items from my wishlist. The problem is that almost everything I think of uploading has already been uploaded by someone else.
If I upload something very niche, I’m worried it won’t attract many seeders or downloads, so I won’t earn many points from it. Is there any section on the forum where users can request specific films or other content? If so, I’d be happy to focus on fulfilling requests and uploading those first.

@cinemaxos1 requests are banned anywhere in this site, so you'll have to trust your gut and upload what you think will be interesting for the most people.
Whatever you upload will be better than not uploading anything, but in any case, know that here in the forum you can get assistance to download your wishlisted torrents if they fall under a certain criteria.
Depending on the size of the torrent and how many seeders it has, you can ask the mods to make it freeleech, so you can download it without decreasing your ratio.
As a rule of thumb, chances are higher if the torrent has less than 5 seeders, but if it's a very big collection it might be accepted even if it has more.

@ianfontinell can you help me download my wishlist please? Or do I have to ask the mods? I really dk how it works can I message you?

I am not a mod, but you only need to check how many seeders the torrents you are trying to get have, if the number is close to 5 or less, you only need to send its link here in this topic: https://community.gaytor.rent/topic/68141/at-risk-torrent-thread-official
If it qualifies, you will get notified once it becomes freeleech.

Honestly, uploading for the sake of gaining points or anything like that isn't always productive. If I upload it's because I want to give something back and help out. The return in terms of ratio isn't always that great. One of my files, roughly 2GB, only garnered a little over 4GB of upload from my client. It depends how efficiently you can seed. My upload speed is about 60Mbps and seeding was rapidly taken over by the first few people who grabbed it, meaning I actually generated relatively little traffic on my end.
You may get a few seedpoints as thnks, but anything else is largely dependent on your connection and demand for the content. Niche content may not net you much in return, but you'll be doing a huge favour for those who want it, so my advice is to upload it and not worry about what you're getting back from it.
