Messages & time zones - new site
-
I'm using the new site layout, and I've noticed that messages are showing an absolute time rather than a relative one in messages (in this case, a reseed request message). Where it used to say "5 hours ago" it now says "May 10, 11:10". This is all fine, except it's not 11:10 in my timezone yet, so I'm wondering what time zone this is in. CET, I guess?
I looked through profile/settings and I didn't see a place to specify a timezone, so maybe the site gets the time zone from my browser? Or maybe the site never localized time zones and I'm only noticing now because of the changes...
Just wondering how this is intended to work.

As far as I'm aware, all times on the site are displayed in the server's local time, which would be CET, or CEST (depending on the time of the year)

@MrMazda there's a new toggle in the setting that converts all absolute dates to local time, it was working fine last time i checked but there were times where the setting didn't seem to take effect.

I looked for something like this toggle but I couldn't find it. Where is it? What's it called? -

thanks. I see it is already turned on for me, but was still showing CET earlier.I'll double check old vs. new interfaces the next time I have a message and raise a bug if appropriate.
