Option to turn off Trans content?
-
@justatest90-0 So I think we can all see who the fragile one is. Why so much aggressivity? It's clear it offends you that some want to hide trans content. You seem to have no problems with there being filters for straight/bi/scat content but trans if off limits.
I don't want to see trans content when browsing the latest torrents, so before doing a search. The only way to hide them would be for there to be a trans filter the same way there are filters for straight/bi/scat content. Why does this offend you so much?
Please don't bother replying. My request is not destined for you but the site owners and it's clear this request has triggered you.

I personally would support REMOVING the special rules for negative filtering for str8, bi, & scat content....
If there is content on the site you don't want to see, there are ALREADY filters on the browse and search pages - learn to use them.
Yes, I realize that those are "inclusion" filters, and not "exclusion" filters, so if your "offensive" str8 is also tagged "Asian" and you are searching for Asian content, you'll still get the Str8 entry... oh the humanity!)
Besides, as far as I can tell, those filters (for Str8, Bi, & Scat) don't always work anyway. I'm told they only apply to the first category. Thus, I would support the idea of making that filtering in the browsing or search pages an "exclusion" list, or creating a separate list for exclusions - but it should apply (as the positive filter does) to all of the listed categories, not just the first one.
That said, I think the Mods have plenty to do already, and changing code to "shield the sensitive eyes" of some noisy users probably isn't high on the priority list.
IMHO, if you are "offended" by the sight of a vagina, you probably don't belong to the "adult" category to begin with. (To be clear: If I never see another vagina in my life, I will not miss it. But I should encounter one (sexually), I won't run screaming from the room!)
Finally, the same arguments are being made (in some cases by the same people) about AI generated porn. IMHO, it won't be too long before that AI porn is indistinguishable (in expert creators' hands) from the real thing...

You're bonkers mate. There is a filter, I gave you the link to the filter, and a link on how to build a better filter.
I'm triggered by 0 reading, 0 research, 0 attempt to solve the problem yourself, 0 effort to put the post in the right area. Just selfish 'serve me' boomer nonsense. Literally don't care what you want to filter.

Yeah this is the site request that's much more needed, and long in the queue, and can't be done on your own. If you want "X" content, it has to be the primary category or it doesn't show up, sadly.
Glad someone else posted, reset the gaslighting lol, thought I was going bonkers.

@justatest90-0 A sarcastic person needing some attention who don't want others opinion and live by his/her own fault ... drama ...

@ianfontinell-0 The categories you mention are sub-categories of men, not identity. Those who want to see men want to see men who are actual men (so biological men, I can't believe I have to use that expression) and who look like men. Having a dick and looking like a woman, while they may be biologically male, is not what I'm interested in.
Those are not sub-categories of anything, those are identitary groups, and no i'm not talking about politics or even race, i'm talking strictly about culture.
You could argue that content featuring trans women should fall into the straight/bi category and therefore filtered out alongside the rest of straight/bi content.
But instead you chose to put it as "mods please i don't want to see a woman with a cock bigger than mine" and hence the reaction you're getting.
I'm not gonna be accusing you of anything, I won't say your transphobic or anything of that sort... But let's say you are, hypothetically... Why would you think you're worth of any sympathy? Why would anyone go out of their way to solve your problem?
You know what I mean? I have half a dozen userscripts I made for this site to make me waste less time seeing what I'm not interested in, so I understand your struggle to a decent extent.
Point being: your problem = fix it yourself.

I think it's clear why the international LGBTQ association split in two, separating the LGB from the activist TQ+ : https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/global-gay-rights-groups-launch-180001979.html
It's impossible to have a discussion without being called transphobic. You want to see trans content? Transphobic. Don't want to date trans? Transphobic? Trans women are not women and trans men are not men? Transphobic.
I have not seen so much aggressivity asking for a simple FILTER the way it is possible to filter straight/bi/scat categories, but apparently, this triggers so many of the "tolerant" lefties. If my request bothers you so much, why even try to "help" me? Just leave this conversation. But for some, this seems beyond them.
Get help. People not wanting to see trans content doesn't affect you.

@MaleMan (Is it not possible to edit posts?) I meant, "You DON'T want to see trans content? Transphobic".

Just trolling now. I was bothered by the entitled nature of your post and I helped you. Crying while being a dick isn't a great look.

@ianfontinell-0 If the "race" categories are "identity" which means constructed & chosen - well, ok, they are that - except we're not supposed to admit it
because that lets anyone be any race when they wake up in the morning. Hmm. Minefield of conundrums. -

Hey folks, let's calm down. We don't need yet another anti-trans rant in the forum.
As @bi4smooth reminds us, we can turn searching for trans material in our search preferences:

Untick that box and you should be happy.

@eobox91103 Make that "we can turn off searching." For some reason I can't edit my post.
-
@eobox91103 I've spent the last 2 days wondering if I should mention that, but I didn't fancy getting involved in this train-wreck of a thread.

this train-wreck of a thread.
Such an elegant expression; I may use it myself some time.
I thought that if I answered the OP's question, things would settle down. Perhaps the Gentle Moderator could even lock this thread.
