Hi all, posting this in order to discuss the situation with the Film911 movies. It's like a cat-mouse game everything a torrent is uploaded how long it's gonna stay.
I know and respect the owners rights and removing the film is the right thing to do but let's be honest - doesnt it geopardise the whole existence of gaytor.rent?
I mean what will happen if all torrents were being removed the same way these are? Also here people get banned for anything and everything but this guy's account is left open only to check if there is a Film 911 uploaded...
I was thinking about a way to circumvent this - we can upload videos in between other videos we have, just mention that it's a compedium and leave here a link for the torrent with the Film911 videos it contains.

There are no rules about collections, except that they have a common theme... Oh, and that there has to be a file list in the description.Be careful how you name your files, I guess?

a recently uploaded torrent was taken down in a record ~3 hours. i'd guess the owner of this content has some special connection to the site that allows them to bypass the standard dmca workflow for reporting copyrighted material.

of course, there are also other trackers like pornolab.net that don't seem to care about dmca at all.

@jokuihmemies all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, ...) have page translation built-in, so that hurdle can be easily crossed.

Every day I see random "collections" of utter shite bundled together under the premise that it all came from OnlyFans (albeit from 30 separate accounts with no commonality between them), or contains bareback fucking, or simply represents the uploader's supposed favourite wanking fodder. Regarding descriptions, it now seems to be fashionable to simply copy and paste the title of the upload into the description field and leave it at that.
In short, there's been a huge increase in the number of lazy uploaders who will carelessly dump any old crap they can find onto the site, usually bundled together with even more crap because they know most people won't sift through 300 filenames in the vain hope of sorting the chaff.
It's a shame, but that seems to be where we are now.

DMCA laws have no effect in Russia, this is why russian trackers have basically everything. And if the domain and server are all operated by Russian companies, copyright holders are completely toothless, no one will be reading their emails

All I will say on this is that collections have to have a well defined theme. This is generally that all videos must be of the same performer, or must come from the same studio. Fan sites such as OF and JFF are the only exception to this, as they are not your traditional studio site, so in the case of fan sites, simply coming from the same fan site is not sufficient.
When you start throwing in other seemingly random videos in between, you start to steer away from the clearly defined theme, so this is not something that I would recommend. It should also be noted that obstruction of the names of studios or performers by using numbers or other characters instead of letters is also not allowed.
As for the claim that there are lazy uploaders who just do complete dumps, without adhering to the rules at all, I will admit that this is definitely something that happens, but staff are not able to be in every place on the site all of the time in order to catch this, which is part of why we have the report system. The files list is not quite as important as it used to be since the design of the new site and new search, as the reason for the files list had a lot to do with the fact that in the old site and search engine, filenames were not searchable, but they are now.
So as long as the content is properly labelled, including the degree of completeness of the collection, you should have no problem. Since mods can't be everywhere all the time, it is also equally as important that users use the report button on a torrent when they find the presentation is lacking in some regard. These absolutely do get reviewed, though enforcement can sometimes be a little inconsistent from one mod to the next. For me personally, I will always give the uploader a chance to get it right and fix the problem, and in the case of multiple repeat offenders, I will even take action.
It should also be noted that when content is not properly labelled, it does prevent certain people from being able to find the content as easily, but it should also be noted that it makes it just as difficult for regular users to find the content when searching for duplicates before uploading something as well... So it's very important that everything is labelled as clearly as possible. I would also encourage anyone who finds something that has been labelled incorrectly, or is somehow missing any criteria required for uploads to report these torrents when they come across them, as it makes it much easier and faster for us to be able to zero in on them, and even review the previous history of the uploader.
If you're worried that a torrent may get zapped due to a copyright claim, it is probably best that you don't upload it. Just be aware that we have no way of knowing what content would be subjected to such a take down request, so we really can't give you any advice on that topic.
