I do training specifically for bodybuilding. So not much calistenics. Machines + Free weights. I don't care about the flexibility and mobility for now I want to buff up. But I really would use some stretching, yoga and calisthenic probably. I'm really not flexible and pretty tense all around.

30 mins of cardio and stepper would do great improvement on your stamina..then level up with some weight lifting

I can't agree with you enough. Cardio and resistance training go hand-in-hand.

I do P90X or Body Beast at home every other day.  On the other days, I do a 5-6 mile run on average.

I go running several times a week.  I want to get into triathlon, so I am starting to incorporate swimming and biking into my routine.  On the days when I don't do those things, I do a workout at home, either P90X or Body Beast.

Free weights and the gym. Basic and boring, but it does the job. Occasionally, I'll add some cardio to spruce the mix.
