<p dir="auto">What kind of exercise do you do? How often do you go?</p>
<p dir="auto">Myself, I try to hit Gold's Gym 4 to 5 days a week. I'm trying to transition from free weight strength training to calisthenic movements. My short-term goals are to do ten perfect pull-ups, handstands, and v-leg sit.</p>

<p dir="auto">I go to the gym 5 times a week and do a mix of free weights and cardio. You need the best of both worlds, although I'd love to add some yoga and calisthenics to my routine.</p>
