Ok. I am married to my husband and we are different statuses. He's a HIV+ Bottom and I'm a HIV- Top.
Managing the protection is always an issue for us. Even though his viral load is undetectable, thanks to medication, that doesn't mean we can play around with risky play. We'd both rather that I didn't also have to take medications.

For me, condoms for blow jobs are unnecessary. The science is sufficient to show your mouth to be chemically incompatable. So unless you've an open sore in your mouth, or bleeding gums, I'm not worrying about blow jobs.

Actually I think there is a survey suggesting that in your combination of hiv status and top and bottom unprotected sex could improve your resistance to hiv through a slight exposition to the virus in non-infecting amounts. Like a vaxine, if you will. But I only remember reading of one survey and it also stressed out that this was not without risk.
