The font size is huge for no reason. It looks confusing and unappealing.
Go to Details & Stats-->Profile Settings-->Search-->Results and change "Result-list font size"
As @kevin4fm said, changes have been ongoing, with constructive feedback being addressed and, where appropriate, changes are being made.

It’s not just the images. Look at how at this sh!t:
It’s like scrolling through a slide puzzle or some sh!t. Who designed this? No sense of aesthetic, no style, nothing.
