Helpdesk doesn't work + Unable to download anything

@maxjame5432 Interesting... The system should limit you to 15 simultaneous downloads, but it seems to be limiting you to only 5 for some reason. The only other thing I can suggest is to stop the partially downloaded torrents and wait for them to time out on the server side to free up the download slots.
As for the difference in the maximum number of simultaneous downloads, I will have to look into this further with our sysop to see where the problem may lie.

i get error skipping tracker (unreachable)
and all downloads are stalled. Force start and re announce doesnt fix anything unfortunately -
Now I have the message "Bad ratio" and "Too many dowloads at the same time "
For sure i dont have a bad ratio...
Something is happening .........

@bezoss Interesting... I think there may be something amiss with the new IPv6 tracker. If you disable IPv6 on your system then restart your torrent client, does this make the problem go away?

hi @mrmazda can you check my account? the torrents are all stuck in downloading with no additional info.
nm seems like it was my dns filtering issue.

@free4me66 I don't see anything out of place on your account. I do see though that you have a number of torrents seeding. If torrents are not downloading, there should be an error message explaining the nature of the problem.

Quick update: the tracker timeouts a few of you ran into have been fixed on our side. Give it another try and announcing / downloading should work again. If you still hit a timeout, reply here and let me know.
