Helpdesk doesn't work + Unable to download anything

The site owner has finished some of the main issues with the site change and is now moving to upload and download issues.

I don't know if your problem is related.

@Gasparzinho I just had a look at your account, and while I do not see anything that stands out as being out of place, I do see that you have a number of torrents that are showing as leeching. It appears that these torrents are torrents for which you have not downloaded 100% of ALL the files. Just be aware that if there's even one file that you do not download in full, the system will only register you as leeching the torrent, so it will take up a download slot.

Just in case this is the problem and you're caught in a system glitch that happens sometimes, which prevents you from reaching your maximum number of simultaneous downloads, I have done an account reset of a sort so we can rule this out.

Lastly, if torrents are not starting to download, it is always helpful to look for the status message from the tracker to see if it can shed a little light on what is going on. If it is the system glitch I'm thinking of, in your case, it will give you a "Bad Ratio" error. Generally speaking, the status message from the tracker goes a long way to figuring out why things don't work right when they're not working.

Hello, I have the same issue ! I cannot download anything, I have the message "Bad ratio" and "Too many dowloads at the same time even though I download only couple torrents at the same time...

@noname1345 It looks like you may have fallen victim to a system glitch. I have gone ahead and done an account reset of a sort that should fix this issue. If it does not, we may need to test to see if the issue is related to the IPv6 tracker by temporarily disabling IPv6 on your computer, then trying again. If this does resolve the issue, then we need to look into it a little deeper.

I got same issue. I was disabled IPv6 both network adapter and qbittorrent client (advanced setting) and showed bad ratio

@maxjame5432 Interesting... The system should limit you to 15 simultaneous downloads, but it seems to be limiting you to only 5 for some reason. The only other thing I can suggest is to stop the partially downloaded torrents and wait for them to time out on the server side to free up the download slots.

As for the difference in the maximum number of simultaneous downloads, I will have to look into this further with our sysop to see where the problem may lie.

i get error skipping tracker (unreachable)
and all downloads are stalled. Force start and re announce doesnt fix anything unfortunately

@bezoss Interesting... I think there may be something amiss with the new IPv6 tracker. If you disable IPv6 on your system then restart your torrent client, does this make the problem go away?

i activated ipv6 again. I stopped and re started all the torrents several times. now i am downloading again....thanks!
