This means it's "freedom to bare arms" Sure Isis wasnt able to kill 131 young in paris last november where arms are banned… Terrorists wherever they are will always be able to get weapons. (but it's also true freedom to bare arms in the US is just crazy and is directly responsible for so many deaths every year).
