    @pupash Jesus, how many people do I need to try and save from the ban-hammer before somebody reads the effing site rules??? UPLOAD REQUESTS ARE BANNED, JUST LIKE THE PEOPLE WHO POST THEM! IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY FOR OVER 5 YEARS NOW! PLEASE go and read the site rules. The mods enforce them, and I'm bored of seeing people getting banned and even more bored of trying to warn people that they're asking to be banned. Sorry, I'm normally more polite but I've had too much coffee and it's hot as fuck here right now, but seriously, do yourself a favour and read the rules. And either delete this or change the wording very carefully.

    @oblodsy I think I'm one of the few people who didn't care for this series. I often find RTDs work a bit formulaic - always a poor boy written in who we are all supposed to feel sorry for and secretly root for (Vince, Colin etc) but I've enjoyed his past stuff. This one I couldn't get on with. If I didn't know different, I would say it was written by a woman. I found some of it ridiculous - the decisions made were so extraordinary that they felt ridiculous and contrived to try to hammer in a point. Not for me.

    If it's Star Trek, I'm going to watch it. I have enjoyed every series to varying degrees. However, Discovery, Picard & Strange New Worlds, for me, all tie for last place. I was starting to really enjoy Star Fleet Academy. But it will be (has been) canceled after the 2nd season, scheduled for 2027. Just when it started getting interesting, and characters started coming to life. Probably too "woke" for the current political state, with a gay Klingon, and a lesbian couple as main characters.

    We used to have a gay sci-fi group in Toronto with a lot of Star Trek fans. My favorite was the Original Series followed by the cartoon.  Nowadays it feels like their just trolling the old fans.

    I still need to sit down to watch the finale. I've avoided reading anything that reviews it or mentions it beyond an announcement. All I know is that they promised another "orgy." Speaking of the "orgy" scenes, does anyone have a favorite one out of the few that were done? For me, it's the first one because it felt the most "honest." Maybe it is because the whole concept was still really new to both the characters and audience. Or maybe because I lust after Will, and his orgasm was just hot . . . I just wish that Netflix did a better job at promoting it, in the first place. I think that had it gotten better publicity, there might have been a better showing of numbers to help them decide that the cost was worth it to maintain the audience. I'm just glad that the fans' outcry was large enough to convince them to allow a finale movie . . . which I still need to watch.

    The second season is interesting for sure, but is not as "exciting" (I don't know if that would be the most appropriate word to use for this purpose) as the first season.

    @Zeitgeist: Is there a specific reason why they banned the film? Is it overt homophobia? Not exactly overt homophobia, but generally (to our Chinese members, please correct me if I am wrong) they still stick to tradition, morally. Just like us, Filipinos, we are gay friendly people but most will not still favors same-sex marriage, if you see what I mean. Millennial Chinese have been widely interested in the film that they are distributing CMBYN underground and most swoon at this film. They really loved it. I will post the link the moment I've come across it again.
