Stalled usually means that there has been no activity on the torrent due to no leechers. If you start seeding them again, I can help you get some upload traffic from it.

Yes… Each .torrent file is assigned with a personal passkey that is unique to each user's account. This is how the system tells what user is seeding what, based on the announce URL that the torrent client uses for that torrent. If you are leaving multiple computers running across the same network using the same public facing IP address, it is critically important that both torrent clients are configured to use different ports, and that the router that you're using for your connection has the port your torrent client uses forwarded to those devices both in TCP and in UDP. This will ensure that you are able to get proper incoming connections. As for your question about ratio, I will put it simply. No matter what device or connection you are using, any data that is transferred DOES count towards your ratio. Just be aware though that a torrent client will only update with the tracker once every 30 minutes, and as such, you may notice a delay in the overall stat totals updating. This is normal, and the stats do eventually update, as long as you do not close your torrent client, or reboot your computer.

There are one of a few contact points, depending on what it is you're looking for in particular. Also, you may only need a moderator, depending on the nature of the request. If I had more information on the nature of your request, I could point you to the right place, or possibly address and handle it for you.

Well, you unfortunately have quite a deficit, this makes it harder to actually repair that ratio. However, there are some options: 1. Upload something following the upload guidelines (which will have the greatest effect on your ratio immediately). 2. Use a freeleech torrent, which I am fairly certain should not be disabled by the rationator for you: to find these, use the search function, select "freeleech only" under the "where to search" under the input field. (not browse, though you can determine what is a freeleech torrent by the "Freeleech" banner in browse, it can be harder to find something you may like). Make sure enough time is left on the freeleech that you can grab it all before the timer expires. The benefits of freeleech is that anything you download does not count against your ratio, but the upload still counts. Thus, although you are competing for multiple people to upload with new leechers in these cases, anything that does go through is pure upload "profit" on your part. Find something you like, enjoy it, and let it repair your ratio a bit. 3. Points: Acting as a seeder will slowly net you points (again, a freeleech torrent is a good thing to have active), which can be exchanged for upload credits even if you are not actually uploading to anyone. This takes quite a while to build however, and based on your deficit nothing short of a 10GB infusion is going to help you much.

If there's a high demand then there's also a high offer, that's just how bittorrent works, usually… What could be happening is that other peers in your swarm have a higher upstream bandwidth, which would make them preferable seeders, and in this case you would only seed when these preferable seeders wouldn't be connected in a given moment.

How, pray tell, would expect others to "continue seeding your upload" if you're the ONLY uploader, and nobody else has downloaded (from you) the missing portion of your upload? Things just don't work that way; I think you're missing a key component of understanding how torrents work, in your mind. Your torrent will "go dead" when you have to shut your system down, but that just means it won't show up on the public list. When you resume seeding it (ASAP, yes?) it will be visible once again (no longer be dead). You've got 93.5% of your upload finished, so there's not a lot more to go. Please relax about this, it happens ALL the time, if uploading members can't seed 24/7. Just please DO resume seeding, in the next day. If it's left dead for 3 days without being seeded, it will automatically be deleted from the site. Take care, Pawpcorn GTRU Staff

Please write the Helpdesk directly about account issues. You're not seeding your upload, btw. Pawpcorn GTRU Staff

You can make a torrent of any kind of file you so wish… They all work just the same.
