That is one of the many reasons why torrents that consist of a collection are a problem. To solve this problem, downloaders stop seeding, which causes there to be fewer seeders for the torrent. There are many torrents of large collections that are dead.  If the videos had been in individual torrents, it is likely that at least some of them would still be alive. The more videos in the collection and the less well-defined the theme, the more likely it is that someone will only partially download the torrent.

What's your concern? I don't know… As I said maybe I'm overacting, but GTru is not the only private tracker I'm member of and I don't feel so safe having google search for sth within the domain name like that.

While yes, it's true, jurisdiction is a strong factor, however two things should be considered. #1 Not every seedbox or VPN will have Netherlands available. #2 More and more countries are working together internationally in regards to copyright law. Not necessarily changing the copyright law of each country, but helping in other ways to crack down. Even if a copyright holder doesn't take you to court, they can hurt you in other ways, such as the "3 strikes (sometimes 6) you're out" rule for most American ISPs. That is huge, because cable have a monopoly here on cable. If a cable company bans you, you're in deep shit, 'cause chances are, there is no other competitor set up for your area. You'll wind up downloading from your local library. That's something serious people need to consider. Not having your own internet, is the equivalent of not having a phone. It's impossible to live like that these days. You need to guard your internet the same way your apartment these days. If you lose it your fucked!! And don't think about using mobile, because their "unlimited data," is NOT unlimited. Keeping yourself safe should be everyone priority. A private tracker does not guarantee safety. You got to be a pro at this shit. I'm not saying people should be paranoid, I'm just saying people need to pay attention more. Even with USENET, the law was able to find and prosecute a user, for doing dumb shit. Pay attention ya'll. -AOS fair enough.

You can't. You would need to contact a member of staff to do it. You can edit your posts within a certain time limit, but after that, you would also need a staff member to do it.

@leeniedo: I get these are automated re-seed requests and I can't block them but there must be a way that the powers that be can take his privileges away. Maybe the mods are blocking his accounts and that's why he's creating new ones?  Even if they have blocked his IP addresses, he could be using different ones.

Uploading missing pictures to torrents and reporting duplicates also is a way to earn seedpoints and convert them into upload credits..

I use PureVPN and PIA depending on whichever has a better deal, never had an issue with either.

@raphjd: You downloaded a video, but didn't seed it back. This is a torrent site, which means sharing.   We are not a direct download site, Somehow this smells like spam to me.
