That is a scrape error, which is "normal", because the GayTorrent.ru tracker got scrape support disabled.
Your torrent needs to be started downloading or seeding and not only queued up or stopped.
On started torrents a full announce will be send and the tracker will answer with full information on peers.
On stopped or queued up torrents, the communication is limited to get only the number of seeds and peers. Which the tracker will refuse to give as it hasn't that scraping support enabled.
Change your queuing priorities or force start of the torrent.
NB.: µTorrent does start on it's own all queued torrents on trackers without scarpe enabled.
Another adjustment has been made yesterday, as announced on the "Home" page, details there > https://www.gaytor.rent/rationator.php with increased limits for users having reached 0.4 minimum ratio requirement and above (which is useful only if the actual ratio is above that limit to download the torrent's data files / movies).
The updated graph:
To remember:
This is the baseline limit. the actual limit will be higher, If the share ratio is better, own torrents were uploaded or a recent donation made.

I have to say I always found RM movies to be awful to watch, bad quality. People have wmv files because at one time it was that or nothing (well, almost nothing).
I have many wmv files and some are good, both in viewing quality and content. I usually post torrents in the same format I got them, figuring if people want to try and enhance them, they should make that decision.
I doubt that you will find many recent wmvs but to dismiss them altogether means we cut out a great many older movies.
And I have never come across any movies in any format that have introduced spyware or malware
With the reseed request message you get a link to the page of the torrent requested to be reseed. Click the "Download" button there, and you'll get the .torrent file again.
Then direct the download to the directory containing the data (movie) file you've got already and after a recheck your torrent client will start seeding it.
look for our guides there > https://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?topic=6539.0
I've no personal experience with a seedbox, but:
Seedboxes can download a torrent's files (the data files / movies) when you add the torrent to it's torrent client. While they do that, they already upload back the parts they got to others and generate usually a share ratio above 1 due to their heigh bandwidth. (and make the life for non-seedbox users difficult).
You get a download link for the .torrent file (the torrent) in our torrent list, which unlike the button works without java script.
Some members have automated the downloading of torrents to their seedbox by the RSS feed. A member has made a tutorial in the "Guides" section of our Forum.
We try to catch "bad" (see note below) pictures as much as we can, but sometimes we don't know if they are "bad" because the torrents are poorly named.
NOTE: By "bad" pictures, I'm referring to unrelated, poor size, blurry, etc, etc.
The question regarding priority a torrent client programme gives is something better asked and answered by that torrent clients support.
There are many parameters which can influence that. Vuze/Azureus got many user options, but it is a science on it's own. µTorrent/BitTorrent is mostly a black box, you can only give higher priority by the target ratio setting.
How many torrents you keep started, is up to you. I'd say it depends on your share ratio, your wish to share more and your hard drive space(s).
How many torrents you should set active depends mostly on your internet access upload speed. You should at very least have 10KBytes/s free for each of the allowed active uploading torrents.
May be I should add, that if you don't download all data files of a torrent's file list, it will never "complete" and remain light green, though you got all selected files to download.
Try this to get your torrent seeding :
You aren't meant to download the video file again since you already have it.
That message just means that you have to redownload the .torrent file, which you have done.
Now what you need to do is:
Stop the torrent
Right click and under 'Advanced' choose "Set download location"
Browse to where the actual video is on your computer and save
Again right click an choose "Force recheck"
The torrent will do a data check to 100% and be ready for you to seed.
There is no more such approval step in the upload process since October 2012. Torrents are listed immediately. Either in the "dead" torrents if not seed, or shortly after they are seed in the default visible list of active torrents.
You should do what many people here do, just rip videos off of X-tube. I don't do that, but many people here do.
Just find a few black guy video's on X-Tube, doesn't matter what they are. Then label it "Hot X-Tube Black Collection pt.1" and you'll get plenty of leechers.
