It's the timing that is so strange - as soon as I had the file freeleeched. It wasn't a duplicate, and for it to be DCMA'd within a few minutes after I freeleeched it would be an extraordinary coincidence. It was, literally, searchable one minute, then vanished the next. A well, this is life. Wish I could get my seedpoints back, but then again, it wasn't a lot of 'em.

I just thought I'd point out that I just now noticed something a little off in some user profiles who are using BiglyBT. Namely, the program is not properly reporting a valid port number to the tracker. With the way our tracker is setup, this can be a BIG problem. Also, this raises the question of what else it does not accurately report to the tracker.

When you're in a low ratio status, the system will only allow you to download two torrents at a time. This is to try to prevent you from digging your ratio hole so deep that you cannot recover. I would suggest trying some freeleech torrents to improve your ratio. Downloading any other torrent will result in your ratio dropping even farther than it already has.

The other possibility is that some of these torrents may be getting flagged as duplicates. Generally, these torrents should be able to be downloaded to completion, but that is assuming that the uploader continues to seed the torrent to completion, as the PM instructs them to do.

The most common cause of this is that your ISP's DNS servers are not resolving the IP address for the tracker for some reason. This seems to be a common problem. There are 2 ways that you can fix this: Change your computer or network's DNS settings to use Google DNS by using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as the DNS servers. Modify your computer's hosts file by adding two lines. If you're unsure of how to change your hosts file, I would encourage you to check out this comprehensive guide. The two lines you want to add should read as follows: 77.247.179.58 tracker.gaytor.rent 77.247.179.58 tracker.gaytorrent.tw Once these lines are added, you should be able to resolve the tracker's IP, without the need for a DNS lookup. This method will work, regardless of what DNS servers you're using.

However, MrMazda(Admin staff) was great in providing me with the solution earlier below: Basically, it appeared that my SOCKS Proxy server wasn't compatible with the Tracker's SSL settings. So I was instructed to go to my 'Profile', then 'uncheck' the "SSL Tracker" box and "Submit Changes". From there, I had the choice to either re-download the .torrent, or change the tracker URL (similar to what you were referring to Popper) in uTorrent with: https://tracker.gaytor.rent/ to the following http://tracker.gaytorrent.tw:2710/ So my understanding is that as my SSL Tracker is disabled now, my future downloads shouldn't have this problem. I have now tested it with new downloads and all is working as it should do. Just like to say a Huge Thank you to all! :thx:

The answer is a bit more patience Most torrent clients prioritize downloads seeding other tasks, including responding to new clients Further clients give higher priority to clients that have given data can give data This means it can take some time before you get a complete block (for the Triga torrent the block size is 4mb). As soon you have some blocks complete you can seed to other downloaders and climb up the priority ladder. The torrent is still free leech, so give it a try. Give the things you want higher priority in your client. Make sure to stop when freeleech ends not to ruin your ratio.

Hi, It's rather easy to "hack your account", if a person just has a minute alone at your computer; copying a single torrent you downloaded from the site (to their flashdrive?) would give them a copy of your secret passkey, which they could then use to download any videos from the site… using your account. Since (from what you are saying) it seems your account has been hacked, you need to change your password AND passkey, on your profile page, here: https://www.gaytor.rent/my.php First change your password: enter new: Change password  [] Type password again  [] Then scroll down, and click the "Submit Changes!" button. You should also definitely change your secret passkey too, otherwise that other person could just continue to leech videos, by using your passkey… Now change your passkey: ...on the same page as above, at the top... check the box next to:      Reset passkey  [__] Then scroll down, and click the "Submit Changes!" button. Note that: Any active torrents must be downloaded again (or edit the tracker, changing the properties/Tracker info over to your new "Announce URL, as shown on your member page) to continue leeching/seeding, if you change your passkey.
