this is counterproductive for everyone, isn't there a solution? I mean, if I only need files 1 and 2 out of 1-2-3-4, I should be able to download only them and seed them indefinitely. Everyone would benefit from that. Instead after a while I HAVE to block those torrents and stop seeding them. Otherwise I will never be able to download anything new. It's kind of stupid. (I'm using BitTorrent but it's the same) @A-Former-User said in utorrent - too many torrents bad ration: @GalloB If I understand the problem correctly you are using all of your available download slots but you only have 4 active downloads. This is probably caused by your seeding torrents. If you only downloaded select files form a torrent and it have left it seeding, the tracker will identify it as a partially downloaded torrent and count is as one of your download slots. Check your seeding torrents and delete any from your client that are not downloaded in their entirety (you may need to restart your client). Obviously you won't be able to seed them any longer, but this will free up your download slots.

@vladfail There may be something with your Android security settings that is creating the block. Have you tried using Vuze for Android?

I'm using uTorrent 2.2.1 because I was told this was the latest stable version that used the trackers correctly but that was a few years ago and I'm wondering if this version is still considered the most stable working with gaytorrent or if another is better. Should I upgrade to a more recent version or just stay put. Thanks again dude

@Playmate We don't allow this kind of thing. Also, it's showing as having 44 seeders and 5 leechers.

@ianfontinell-0 I still see people posting recent OF and JFF contents and I wonder how they were able to download those. My right click extension doesn't seem to work anymore and I'm eager to find another option to download.

@chuck75-0 partial torrents count as still downloading. Are you exceeding the limit on downloads?

@chuck75-0 once you stop a torrent it can take several minutes for the tracker to update, from my own experience it usually takes from 20 to 40 minutes.
