There are a variety of methods to improve your ratio to maintain download privileges: (1)  Seed downloaded torrents (2)  Upload new torrents (3)  Exchange seed bonus points for upload credit  (seeding; gifts from other users for new uploads; category voting; reporting duplicates) (4)  Make a donation in exchange for upload credit – FASTEST method

Without donation and new downloads, you should try to seed what you've got. When I've made my previous answer, I had promoted some torrents you were the only seed, that should saturate your internet connection for some time. BTW, two of them got now many leecher but are not seed … Other options are: Vote categories, you have downloaded many torrents and that should bring you quite a number of SBP. It takes some time though. Upload pictures to descriptions with less than 10 pictures, yet. Upload an own torrent for something still missing here

If you run the "Network" test, you enable automatic port mapping (by default) and your µTorrent not being connectible upon may as a result become connectible.

That really goes to far off topic. Therefore I've split it into an own topic.  1/ There is no known issue about such for the tracker. He gets reports from over 300 thousands of torrents each 30 minutes, all sorts of torrent clients and user 2/ I've used up to 3 different clients on my computer at the same time (µTorrent, Vuze, qBittorrent), no problem as long as they don't download or seed the same data files. Making them access the same files caused errors.

It should not matter where the file is…'download folder', 'upload folder' 'munchkin folder' Your torrent program shouldn't 'find' the file, you should tell it exactly where the file is that you made the torrent from. That is, when the program asks you where to save it, point it to the original file in whatever folder it is, even if you have moved it from it's original folder. PS If Transmission doesn't let you specify which folder your file is in (and I'd be surprised if it didn't), I'd suggest you use another client eg, uTorrent for Mac. You should be able to upload and download from same folder

Did you test if your torrent client programme is connectible? It being connectible makes seeding working much better than if not. As well, you should seed, what got leecher. Seeding a single torrent without leecher will make you earning Seed Bonus Points only.

On Mac, the right click is a Crtl plus click.

Our tracker got the scrape function switched off for increased privacy. A torrent client has to join the swarm as "active" peer to get information on the peers. If the torrent is just queued, a scrape error will be shown. So if your torrents are just queued, it is "normal" and you might change the priority settings or force start to get them running. If your torrents are in "Seeding" or "Downloading" status (means not queued downloading or seeding), the cause is another and we have to look for other solutions than starting them.

You might want to try different settings for "Protocol" encryption … Another possibility is that your connections are all already in use by other downloading and seeding torrents. You could run the "Bandwidth" test and select a proposed setting according to it's result.

Just in case this helps anyone, the setup here at this site may be very different. But at another site,we have found that sometimes when you add a torrent to utorrent 3.3, utorrent strips most of the torrent announce, including the passkey, as it loads into the client. The proper announce with passkey is present in the downloaded .torrent file, utorrent corrupts it as you add it. The only way to get round this is either to downgrade to a lower version of utorrent, or edit the passkey and announce in each torrent. Adding the right passkey and announce will enable the torrent to start where this is the problem. utorrent 3.3 is not much good, in my opinion…

Thank you for the suggestions and for the link to the Azureus Preferences/Options.  I've made the recommended changes to 1:1 ratio and unchecking the boxes referring to 0 peers.  In the past I have restarted Azureus/Vuze once a day, but often it seems to run well on its own.  Now I need to be patient and increase my share ratio.   Thanks again!

You appear for the site as the seeder, so it looks that you've done everything right, means got back the small .torrent file with the "Download" button from the description page and make find your BitComet the movie file when loading the .torrent file into BitComet. Now what is "strange" is that the site doesn't register any upload by you, respectively download of the leeching peers. That let assume that there is a connection issue of your Modem/Router (port forwarding / NAT), Firewall(s) in both computer and Modem/Router or the BitComet set-up. Some possible solutions: STOP and a little later START the torrent in BitComet Enable UPnP in both BitComet and the Modem/Router Enable a firewall exception for BitComet and the port it uses for incoming TCP connections Restart BitComet after each change., except the first item listed above. This assumes that you are able to download a torrents files, but can't upload your own torrent's files. If you can't download either, let us know.

If your file is in a different size or format, you can upload it. But if it has the same size and format, don't upload it just yet. Sometimes dead torrents get resurrected, and if this happens, your torrent will be considered a duplicate and will be removed from the system. The best you can do is contact the Helpdesk and inform them that you have a replacement for a dead torrent. You have to provide the link for the dead torrent. A Reseed Request will be sent, and if no seeder appears within 3 days, the dead torrent will be removed from the system and you can upload yours.

If you have left the downloaded data in the same place (directory and/or drive) and use µTorrent, you could copy the content of %AppData%/utorrent from your old installation to the new. The other way is the reseed procedure: For µTorrent/BitTorrent look there > https://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?topic=6539.0 or generally: https://www.gaytor.rent/faq.php?lan=1#505
