sorry to hear you ran into issues that happen to us recently ... there is nothing you can do once it didn't registered from your account ... Main causes : Tracker Issues/Error Failure/Unregistered Torrent Seeding while interrupted from your client, before it reaches the right time ... ( give @least 1hr to update)
