I always do "everything until today". click the spy glass. wait until it finds what you asked for when it's done searching, you can choose either Photos or Videos, by ticking the box or ticking both if you like now select XTRACT SELECTED don't leave the page until it's done downloading do the same again but check to see if they have archived stuff and get that if you are interested
