@raphjd said: To throw my 2 cents in, for other readers who might look at this. I run 2 seedboxes, and sometimes I use my NAS and PC to do torrents here and elsewhere without a problem. To add to this... We recently rolled out a new anti cheat system. If you have a fast connection and/or use a seedbox, it is possible that the system may flag your account for "fraud review". If this happens, do not panic. You will not just automatically be banned, simply for having a fast connection or using a seedbox. The flag only prompts certain staff (like me) to take a look at what your torrent client is reporting to the tracker. We have a number of tools at our disposal to look things over and assess your situation. Especially if you have a seedbox, I recommend keeping it going for a few reasons, one of which is it actually helps us get the full picture of your situation. If you haven't been doing anything to alter, tamper with, or otherwise creatively report bogus data to the tracker, it is generally obvious that your case is genuine, and we'll remove the flag from your account and clear you of any wrong doing. Generally speaking, it is usually very obvious as to what is fair/honest use, and what data is the result of "funny business". Lastly, keep in mind that we are only human, so we are capable of making a mistake every once in a while. If we do make a decision on your case and you have not done anything wrong, you can always send us an email and explain your situation in as much detail as you can. We are always happy to have a second look at things, just in case your case happens to be the odd one for which we make a mistake due to human error. As long as you approach it in a civil and respectful manner, we will always have a look at your situation again, and generally tend to give you the benefit of the doubt if it is at least possible that what you're saying is true.
