@blablarg18 It's just that whether or not the poll hits on the truth does not change whether or not the belief is true. I just don't see how opinion (however popular or unpopular) can in any way determine what the facts are. Don't get me wrong though... I'm not a fan of Biden, and I am also not a fan of Trump either. I find BOTH of them to be vile and disgusting humans (if you even want to call them that). Now... the interesting thing to see will be to see whether or not the majority of the masses are correct in their belief and assertion. Simply put, I'm looking for the facts, regardless of however popular or unpopular that they may be by way of public opinion.

@blablarg18 Judge Allison Nathan blocked it's release, then Biden nominated her for a higher bench and the Senate Dems voted to confirm her. I don't remember the current judicial master for the case's name, but they are also a Democrat appointee.
