PotPlayer has built-in thumbnail creator. It's a bit awkward to use it for multiple videos, but it works.

I think I've found the problem, or that or coincidence, but I noticed that among the files that had not been uploaded any had the character ' in the name, I also saw that when the client then tried to download that file, he did so a weird character instead. Therefore I have removed that character from the name of the files and I have uploaded it again and this time it uploaded correctly. @bear1989: Creo que he dado con el problema, o eso o es coincidencia pero me he fijado que entre los archivos que no acababan de subirse alguno tenía el caracter ' en el nombre, también vi que cuando luego el cliente intentaba descargarse ese archivo, lo hacía con un caracter raro en su lugar. Por tanto he eliminado ese caracter del nombre de los ficheros y lo he vuelto a subir y esta vez no ha dado problema.
