With every precaution possible I've clicked on the thingy in the email like you did.
It worked (sort of): now I only get the same email every 45 minutes instead of every 30 minutes.

Every (half) hours I get this (see picture) message.
My mail adress is flooded with it.
I've never requested to change or confirm my email adress so I wonder what's happening and if I'm the only one.
I just keep deleting them....... any ideas what else I can do ?
