Got a warning for being too enthusiastic about uploading.

Does anyone have a solution? I’m new here, and I enjoy uploading videos however, sometimes I get so enthusiastic about sharing that I forget to check whether a video has already been uploaded. I’ve now committed three violations, and as a result, I’m unable to upload anything for the next three months. Does anyone have a solution for this?

@RandomPeopleVK Yes. The solution is comply with what staff have said. I know it's a pain trying to dupe-check uploads, but there's a good reason for it. If someone has beaten you to it and uploaded before you then allowing another copy, especially one that appears higher in the list, simply robs them of upload traffic and ratio.
Don't get worked up over it, and if you really have done your due diligence then explain it to them. If a dupe can't easily be found using a couple of sensible searches then I would hope they'd remove a strike.

In Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Rocket Raccoon tries to argue this exact logic with Nova Corps Centurion Rhomann Dey during their rap sheet review:
• Rocket: "Question. What if I see something that I wanna take and it belongs to someone else?"
• Rhomann Dey: "Then you will be arrested."
• Rocket: "But what if I want it more than the person who has it?"
• Rhomann Dey: "Still illegal."
• Rocket: "That doesn't follow. No, I want it more, sir. Do you understand me?"

Welcome RandomPeopleVK! One of your uploads was removed on 22 October as a duplicate of an earlier upload. If a moderator gave you an upload ban and you think it is too long, open a Helpdesk ticket and ask for a review. Before each upload, search for the title and compare the file size, that avoids most duplicates.
