Reduced upload credit

A person with a respectable ratio requested a rather large torrent of 71.83 Gib. I was able to assist with 71.44 Gib of that torrent which ended about 5.5 hours ago. I was given credit for 62.16 Gib. Why didn't get I get credit for the missing 9.28 Gib?
I checked another recent torrent 22.36 Gib that I am seeding and it is correct at 28.04 Gib uploaded. -

I don't know if this is it or not, but I noticed the tracker was unreachable for a period of time in the last 24 hours. If your client restarted during that period, some of your upload wouldn't have been reported. -
