How do you move a re seed back up the list?

Having re seeded a dead torrent how do you make it back up the list to make it more visible for those who would like it ?

@mavica Usually freeleech as we no longer promote torrents to the top of the list. Depending on a few factors, you may also be able to ask staff such as myself to freeleech it for you if you give them the torrent URL
