@Estion-0 I am now facing connection timed out with the tracker as well. Plus the entire website seems so odd to me.

The same issue at my end. Actually also website search and "Most popular Torrents" chart doesn't work properly.

that explains why the most recent torrent in search page is 3 weeks old
By the way, I've uploaded a new torrent but it's showing timed out. If I leave it running, will it start seeding once everything's back to normal?

Yes ... as soon as maintenance it's done and fix ...
We don't know how long does it takes ...
However torrent being newly posted will start working once the tracker established and updates from connectivity issues ... -

@john32123666 All my torrent's statistics have been reset to zero uploaded since the tracker went offline and now only showing what I have uploaded since the tracker came back up. What happened to what I was uploading while the tracker was offline?

You're not alone ...The best way I know to minimize the give-away amount is to leave your client running - don't restart it. If you do that, it can catch up with the tracker comes back. If you restart your client, the data is lost and you will get no credit for upload (and no charge for download, either).
