Leecher before torrent is visible
-
I've recently when I have uploaded a new torrent that as soon as I have added it to my client there is already one leecher, before it even has time to become visible on the search page. Literally seconds after hitting the "Do it!" button. It's always the same German IP address and as soon as they have snatched the file they disappear without seeding.
Anyone know what's going on there? -

Anyone know what's going on there? It is possible to setup something called an RSS feed that will automatically download new torrents.
If you do this, you'll need a LOT of hard drive space!

@bi4smooth I just noticed the RSS Feed link on the search page, where it has been sitting right under my nose for years! It now makes perfect sense HOW someone would be able to automatically download new torrents in a particular category, and I've been on this planet (and the internet) long enough to have stopped asking WHY people do such things.
Thank you for enlightening me!
