What is this called, or what terminology I use to find it on online shopping?

I do a lot of online shopping, I was casually browsing for this item.
I tried to search for:
cup stand
cup holder
single use cup stand/holder
coffee cup stand/holder
coffee cup dispenser
/....organizer
/dual...
etc...
I searched for it on Amazon, then I tried google to see what name would I get for this, but couldn't find it as well.
The little that I found was full tower 2/4 slots which looks quite different than this
it's not AT ALL urgent or anything, I just got annoyed that I couldn't find what I was looking for

@Kekkaishi empty cups fit in there upside down? I have never seen one of these.

That is the kind of thing to buy for someone you hate.. a gift which has no known purpose!

@flozen This IS a cup holder, it's very common where I'm from. This is a picture that I took.
When did I ever say that I guess this is a cup holder? -
