          If I'm not mistaken, it's a server glitch created by a number of factors including the great server crash of 2010… That's the short version.

            it's not the server's fault, but the crappy BT clients not complying with BT specifications.

            instead of "have it" message they send "100% completed" that causes these false info stats.
