is 400 kBps upload low?

just posted my first torrent and it currently has to leachers and the upload speed is only 300-500kb's seems low. I'm using a vpn and my upload speeds are like 5mb's my client is set to unlimited, i have have port forwarding on. What else can i do?

Your SEED speed cannot exceed the LEECH speed of the combined LEECHERS.
In other words, if the downloaders have slow Internet speeds, your UPLOAD speeds won't matter.
