They purposefully don't keep a "front page" web page - keep out the non-members by appearing to not even exist.

It works for me (I just tried) with no problem.

I thought that might be the case because every few years on a new device it doesn't work unless you use a runaround method.

You just have to remember to add the /latest to the end of the URL....
