      Dear friends who maintain GAYtorrent:

I've been hanging around here for years. I think I have a pretty good ratio. I'm not totally stupid. (Dear Lord, I used to get paid to manage IT shit…)

Looking for advice. All my downloads from this site are on an 8 TB hard drive. That is not a good idea in general, and I AM OUT OF SPACE.

And so it goes. I have been admin on other boards, and don't want to do it again.

With respect, couldn't you do an "early spring cleaning" of that 8TB?

Certainly, there must be videos that no longer appeal to your tastes, whether due to low resolution, or mediocre production values, etc…

Your GT ratio is very healthy, so you could easily let go of 1-2 TB and still have plenty of material to seed, and add new (and better) clips.

        Good luck!

8TB?! I have to say, I'm impressed. I have a 2 TB drive, and a couple of 500 GB drives and I'm forever doing spring cleaning to get rid of older stuff that doesn't really interest me anymore, and keep piling on new stuff. I couldn't imagine having over 8 TB to choose from…
