Why the restriction on downloading does not comply with the rules of the tracker. According to the rules limit 8, but in reality 5.

Limits are dependent on your ratio, and your account status. Depending on a number of factors, they can change. For example, when you reach a low ratio status, it will limit you to 2 downloads at the same time. When your download rights are taken, you're limited to downloading one torrent at a time, and only from the torrents that are freeleech.
