Dreadful News :(

Tim was a wonderful guy.
Even if I never met him personaly, we exchanged several PM and posts in the Forum and he really had a good heart, always funny and playful, doing a great job here, he liked to sing a lot and was sweet as can be, helpful and full of energy. I'm really sad and dreamed of him last night, though it was very hard to fall asleep. All my condolences to his family and friends. In fact Tim had 2 families : the real one and "GT family" (as he liked so much to start his posts with "Hi family"), he really was happy to be a part of GT community, Â as he writes it in his profile :
"I really love being a part of this family here at GayTorrents.ru … Can you FEEL THE LOVE? ... I certainly can and am glad to be of service to this community."
Goodbye dear Tim, we'll miss you endlessly  :cry2:
But trust me buddy, you'll always be in our hearts, today or in many many years :lovp: -
I just received a phone cal from David ~ Kinsey 6 / Tim Fry ~ room mate of some 20 years.
Apparently Tim and his ex Boyfriend were fighting last Monday 11/1/2010. The police were called and apparently left the scene. David got home at 11:30 PM but was upstairs. The fight started again and ended with Tim taking a nasty fall. He was taken to the hospital and was in a coma until today.
Tim Fry has died today of the injuries sustained during this fiasco.
I have few details at this point but will update the Staff as David updates me. Ray the BF was asked to move out by David last Tuesday 11/2/2010. No one has seen him since. He is being sought by the police for at least parole violations at this time.
I can not begin to express my thoughts and feelings just now. However, Tim and I spoke by phone weekly and I knew it had been too long with out a call from him. I assumed he was allowing me time to heal after my surgery. I should have called but did not do so. :cry2:

Rest in Peace My Brother
I remember the first time I "spoke" with Tim by PM. It was one of my Call to Service PM's asking that he start and Moderate (Just A SIG Mod) a new SIG for Watersports. He was hesitant at first but so in love with GT.ru that he answered yes and got involved in GT.ru Staff affairs. Really involved. Always striving to make GT.ru even greater than it is.
He and I spoke by phone often, most recently 10 days ago, for him to check on my recovery. This is the man he was. Once you became a "Family Member" then that was it he was your family period. Family in all the little details that came with that title Family. We spent hours discussing his ~ tilde search program. Daydreaming at first and getting more than serious before we finished that call. I do hope we as a staff will see this program through to fruition.
We shared many a laugh together and frankly  a tear or two also. We shared on a level way beyond friends. We shared our demons and our heart and souls entirely. He was truly my "brother" and will be missed as I would miss my blood Brother.

While I was never very "tight" with him, he was always quite the friendly caring character, which makes this news somewhat hard to handle. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, and never simpily dismissed or otherwise turned a blind eye at any concern I've ever raised. I can actually say that it's taking a lot out of me to hold myself together enough to not just break down and start balling every time I see his posts. He always seemed to have a way of putting that little bit of cheer into my day, and both truly believed in and actively practiced the motto of staff are family. There's no other way to express it other than it hurts… Like someone took a knife and jabbed it deep in my heart. In fact, I may not be myself for the next week or two on account of dealing with such news is not something I handle very well... especially when you can't fathom how something so bad could have happened to someone so good.

I didn't know him that well but from what I'm reading he sounded like a wonderful guy to have known. I'm really sorry. My prayers are with all his loved ones.
R.I. P. TimÂ

may he rest in peace! my heart is by his family & his friends
-
Didn't know him but sorry to read of his sudden and unexpected passing.
My thoughts go out to you, his friends, and as well as his family. -
I'm sure everyone is saddened by the news, me inclusive.
But let us be reminded of his life being cheerful, lively and helpful and pray for him and those he left behind.
I'm sure that would be what he wanted.
I will miss him. -

I am not ashamed to say that i am genuinely saddened and crying over this terrible development. Tim gave us so much and ask for so little in return.  Words cannot describe how I feel right now…..

rest in peace, tim. :cry2:

I am in utter shock right now. I honestly can't believe it… what else is there to say, except that you could see how supportive and loving, and yes- RAUNCHY!- he was in all of his posts, and he put his absolute heart and soul out there for anyone who needed help, or a kind word, or something more... adult... I have nothing to add except 'It was a privilege to get to know you, even for a tiny moment. Like a comet, sometimes when you burn so bright, you must burn out too soon, but the memory will live on. Peace.'
Wow.

Thanks to Cyberspace all the things he did to help people will always be shown and remembered here.
He is now in heaven with a gorgeous blond muscly hunk of an Angel showing him around his new home.
God bless and goodbye xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

My sincere condolences also. Â It is always very difficult when a nice person passes away who helped others out of the goodness of his heart.
I always think about our admin named Frank at the other GT site who also passed away years ago.  May you both rest in peace.  :blownose:

I'm sure Tim is doing some great karaoke right now, with angels doing the background vocals :hug2:
He just liked karaoke so much. -
If it helps make things easier for anyone, there is one thing I thought I would pass forward.
After having found out that the odd dreams I was having were Tim's way of asking for my help, I couldn't help but take action and lend a helping hand. When Tim passed, he did not "cross over" (so to speak) right away. Once I found out where he wanted to be, I showed him the way to ensure that he's where he wants to be. I can assure you that after I showed him the way, he appeared quite happy to be there.
In short, I know that he's truly happy where he is now. It's also comforting to know that he at least isn't in pain anymore.

While Tim is nolonger with us physically, do not convince yourself that he is truly gone. His physical body may be gone, however I know that he is still watching over the family… just in a different way.

Wow, this is definitely sad news. My condolences to Tim's family and friends. While I did not know Tim personally, he seemed a very happy person with all his posts and the genuine care he showed through them to other people speaks volumes. Rest in peace, Mr. Tim, and know that you will be missed by many, including your gt family.
