Is there a punishment for anyone who starts a torrent, or several torrents and refuses to complete them? Examples in last 24 hours from most likely the same person:

This depends on a number of factors. I will be looking into these and seeing what may or may not need to be done.
The only difference between martyrdom and suicide is press coverage!
