Son of a Mother Truck… No wonder this freaking movie is taking so long to download... I pulled up the stats and discovered THIS (see attached)

Also, just for those who are inquiring, the torrent in question is http://tracker.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=77023

I mean SERIOUSLY... Is it really THAT hard to figure out how to setup your connection properly? I don't mean to come off as being a prude, but it seems all the good torrents seem to be SLOW to download for the whole not connectable reason. Shouldn't there be some kind of way that we can smack users around who aren't connectable?

Again…. SERIOUSLY... is it THAT freaking hard to configure your bloody configurations?

Yet another example of users who aren't doing their part
        http://tracker.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=18760

Take a look at WHY it's now stuck at 31.6%… There's a seeder, but do you think they know how to PROPERLY configure their connection...? Of corse not!

Your first example is [currently] being seeded by 6 members – 3 of whom are connectable and 3 of whom are not connectable.

Your second example is [currently] being seeded by 1 member that is connectable.  You may click <request re-seed="">to seek to improve your download [currently] at 61% completed.

[off-topic]Since BOTH you and I are connectible, do I have your permission to happily smack you around?  I truly think that we would both enjoy it![/off-topic]

          Hugs,
          Tim</request>

            Good to know 🙂

I was in a little bit of a P|SSY mood at the time lol… There is thankfully now at least one seeder that is connectable for the 2nd example.

[off-topic]You can smack me around anytime 🙂
Sticks and stones may break my bones, but whips and chains excite me… So tie me up, and throw me down, and show me how you like me!  >:D[/off-topic]

guys… once again:'not connectable' means nothing else but the fact that such a user can't accept incoming connections, nonetheless, they still can make outbound connections to your IP address after a couple of minutes, maximally in [desc=depending on when you join the swarm/torrent]30 minutes[/desc]. true, it's annoying that still many users don't know how to configure their devices to have port forwarding enabled, but there also are some users who simply can't change this status, as their ISPs didn't give them a public IP address. without this, it's impossible to be connectable. users with new versions of uTorrent can try to use uTP protocol that is supposed to overcome NAT issues to interconnect any two [desc=non-connectable]passive[/desc] nodes…

I believe the operative term there is supposed to lol

I've noticed that there are an alarmingly high number of users who aren't connectable

but for you -when you are connectable- it means nothing else but waiting for their next announce update. in other words, from [desc=connectable]active[/desc] users you can download as soon as you connect, from the passive ones you need to [desc=until their announce]wait some time[/desc] when they receive your IP address from the tracker and transfers can be started. PS: what do you mean with 'operative term' ?

In context, the term "operative term" refers to a specific portion of a sentence or statement that the entire condition of the statement depends on. In other words, it's an "in theory" expression.

I am one of these users, not my fault thought.

I am active only then I come back home. All other time I am as passive as you can get. I am talking about connection 🙂
