For I have the same file and want to make it as a new torrent, may you please remove this "dead torrent" first? Then my oncoming torrent of this film will not be treated as a "duplicate" one.

If the file is an exact duplicate, you can re-seed the existing torrent, without needing to upload it again.
Can you confirm whether or not the file you have is an exact duplicate?
