No nowhere in the world has "gay people everywhere"β¦....probably not a good idea to hit on co-worker regardless of sexuality and yes if they feel uncomfortable you could be suited for big $$$Depending on the neighbourhood, but generally people mind their own business, however if you are in the rough part of the town you might want to tone it down a bit.

Crime rate has been increasing in certain areas. Against cost depends on personal standard and expectations (and how much money you have to shell out)-career outlook
