Is smoking a turn off?

im a smoker and was wondering if anyone finds it a turn off? im sure there are many! i dont even like it myself when im with a partner!

Yes and No
Knowing the damage it does to not only the smoker but to the passive smokers, and having someone I care for not only risk their life but also the lives of others often with no consideration or care for what they are doing is a huge turn off.
However there is something about seeing a certain type of guy with a big fat cigar in his mouth, and smoking it in a certain way that does have a certain sexiness about it.
I'm a non/never have smoker, but my partner is, thou wasn't when we met. He just took it back up one day and despite a few attempts at stopping hasn't managed more than about 3 to 4 months. He never smokes in the house ever, but does smoke in the car even when I'm with him but always with the window down. I know research shows that this is still bad for the none smoker, but what else can I do other than follow behind in my car. It's a real pain and to be honest it does scare the hell out of me that I could loose him through his smoking. Oh and I don't find it a turn on at all.

Its a turn off to me. Awhile ago I met a guy who said he was a social smoker. He had to go out three times to have a cigarette while I waited at the table. Thats more of an addict but ended up enjoying talking to another guy in the meantime.

I find smoking a major turn off, hate the smell, which tends to cling to a persons clothing. It's a bit of a throw back to parents who smoked like chimneys.

Obviously. I don't really like this particular habit since it slowly destroys your lung and respiratory process. Also, the way I look at it, while it seems to bring pleasure, it is very costly. Makes me think that smoking = burn your money :-[
Not to mention the resulting smoke…

I'm not a fan. I wouldn't necessarily call it a turn off though. I'm not against dating a smoker but there would definitely need to be boundaries.
ie. no smoking in house, no smoking in car, etc etc.I would also try to get him to quit if possible mostly because its not good for him and its a money hole. Literally.

i agree with the rising price of cigarettes its a bit crazy to keep the habit up

when your a smoker you don't notice the taste but when your a non-smoker you do. I stopped smoking and then found I disliked kissing another smoker.

they are videos and specialized site for "smokers" (guys smoking while the other one suck them and stuff like that) as obviously some people are fetishist about that.
I recall the great videos of Kide81 : a guy form Helsinki smoking , in leather, like 20, and jerking off..
kissing a dude who smokes of course is bad to the taste, smoking is bad for health yadiyada.. but a young dude in leather smoking , that's a huge turn on. -
I quit smoking a few years back but I honestly never had any of my dates or boyfriends make any serious complaint about me smoking before, even if they were non-smokers themselves. I guess it's a matter of personal opinion whether it's bad tasting or not..
Myself, I don't really have any preference for a potential partner being a smoker or not. It can be kinda sexy in a teenage rebel kinda way but if we are talking chain-smokers then that's kind of a turn-off, yeah. Mostly because the smell sticks in all the clothing and such.
If you plan on living long you should probably give them up though.

Personally, smoking is a huge turn off. When I find out a cute guy is a smoker, I'm no longer interested.

My partner smoked a year before I met him, and honestly… I don't think we would have lasted long if he would have continued to smoke. It is an enormous turn off.

It's a huge turn-off. Apart from the stench, I can't see anyone using tobacco and not see the massive body-wide damage they're doing to themselves.

smoking is ok with me , i always have a good chuckle with profiles on places like squirt where men want to be used as Anon cumdumps
but have smoking listed as a turn offid rather a smoker than an STI enabler
