Download rights taken even though I uploaded

I have uploaded and seeded over 3gb worth of files and it still tells me that i need 677.93 MB to reach a good ratio and regain my download rights, even though that is what it told me before I uploaded the 3gb of files.
what do I need to do to fix it :blownose:
edit: I see on the left it says I have only uploaded 470.48 MB and I know that is not correct because I have uploaded more since then and it still stays the same
nevermind, it started going up as soon as I posted this :blind:

Yes… This is a common mistake that most people make. See, your torrent client only reports to the tracker once every 30 minutes. Because of this, you may notice a delay in the stats being reported accurately to the tracker.
