Does minimum ratio lower at any point?

No it doesn't get lower. Everything is explained on the page which opens if you click on your share ratio below the blue menu band > https://www.gaytor.rent/rationator.php

But don't forget the ratio explanation here is much like the Schleswig-Holstein question in 19th century Europe.
Lord Palmerston explained thus:
"The Schleswig-Holstein question is so complicated, only three men in Europe have ever understood it. One was Prince Albert, who is dead. The second was a German professor who became mad. I am the third and I have forgotten all about it.”
Keep that in mind and you won't go far wrong

Basically, it only goes up. If your downloads are up to a certain threshold, then you need to seed in order to be a fair sharer.

i seed as much as i can, just giving my pc a break at night, so i hope it helps everyone that wants to download my or other content ive personally downloaded

I wouldn't be too overly worried if I were you as long as you maintain your current average. Your share ratio is currently 1.330, and at the VERY most, your required is 0.800 when you hit the highest bracket. As a general rule, as long as you keep your ratio above 1 (such as the 1.040 required for power user status, you should never really need to worry about having too low a ratio, especially if you maintain the ratio as you download more.
